No sale is valid unless the correct paperwork has been completed, received and approved by Little Lakes Leisure Limited. 4. Application and reference forms are available from Little Lakes Sales Office 5. A commission of 15% plus VAT is payable to Little Lakes Leisure Limited based on the agreed purchase price. 

 Due to the unit being a private sale between the vendor and the buyer, no warranty is given is implied from Little Lakes Leisure. We advise that the prospective buyer makes an informed decision with the vendor based on age of the unit, quality of the unit, documentation included with the unit, all up to date electrical and gas safety certificates ( if none available we advise the prospective buyer to arrange either at their own cost or the vendors cost a gas and electrical safety certificate prior to sale)
